According to latest data, the number of individuals reaching 100 in the UK has increased twofold from 8,300 in 2004 to 16,600 in 2024.

From 2004 and 2024, the number of men aged 100 or over has increased threefold from 910 to 3,100. During the identical years, the number of women aged 100 or over increased by nearly 100% from 7,400 to 13,600.
